At ARUA, we’re more than just a rugby academy—we’re a movement dedicated to shaping the next generation of Australian rugby talent. As a proudly not-for-profit organisation, our mission is simple: to develop aspirational young players and coaches through immersive live-in camps and personalised, one-on-one coaching—guided by the legends who’ve been there.
Our coaching roster reads like a who’s who of Australian rugby. Wallaby & Wallaroo greats and former representative stars bring decades of elite experience, offering insight, mentorship, and the kind of hands-on guidance that can only come from those who’ve succeeded at the highest level.
Our intensive live-in programs don’t just sharpen skills—they build character, resilience, and leadership. By living, training, and learning together, players forge bonds and habits that last a lifetime, under the mentorship of those who know what it takes to succeed at the highest level.
